We are located at Plot No 13/B in Badrika Ashram, right on 2nd Khetwadi Lane. Being in Girgaon West near the petrol pump makes it pretty convenient for people to find us. It’s a crowded area, so parking is always a bit of a struggle, as anyone around here knows. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while now. The building is older, but it serves us well for what we do with tubes. It’s mostly just us handling orders and making sure the inventory is where it should be. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with all the traffic outside, but we’re used to the noise of the city by now. We don’t have a marketing team or anything like that. Just a few of us here making sure things run okay. My uncle used to run things before I took over. We see a lot of regular faces coming through the door. It’s nice to have that connection with the locals. We just try to be straightforward with everyone. If we have it, we tell you. If we don’t, we don’t. There’s no point in making things more complicated than they need to be. The neighborhood has its own rhythm, and we’re just a small part of that. We keep the shop open till late most days. It’s just how things work in Girgaon. We're just a bunch of regular people doing our jobs.
