Jsw Building Systems Ltd., Mumbai

We have our office in Goregaon West, over at Ankur Society. The building is called Neelkamal, and we are at number 15. If you’ve ever been to this part of Mumbai, you know the Link Road traffic can be a total nightmare. But our spot is tucked away just enough to be a bit quieter. We go by Jsw Building Systems Ltd., which sounds very professional, but we are really just a small team in a simple room. We spend our days looking at structural drawings and talking about construction stuff. It’s a very basic setup. We don't have any fancy lounges or modern art on the walls. It’s just desks, chairs, and old cupboards full of files. We drink a lot of coffee to keep going. The society itself is quite old, so the neighbors all know each other. Working here means being right in the middle of the suburban life. It gets quite hot in the afternoon when the old AC struggles to keep up, but nobody really minds. We just focus on the building projects we have. It’s a small group, so you don’t have to talk to five different managers to get a simple answer. If you walk in, you’ll probably see us arguing over a deadline or huddled around a big table. It’s just honest work. We’ve been at Neelkamal for a long time now and we like the feel of the place. We don't have a polished story. We just do our jobs every day.
