Jovial Impex

Jovial Impex is located at Babai Naka on Eksar Road in Borivali West. Our office is G-1 in Devanshu Apartment. It is a ground-floor unit which is handy when we have to move samples or small packages in and out. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees and a fancy lobby. It's just a few of us in a small room handling the day-to-day work of an impex business. The area around Babai Naka is always busy, so there is plenty of noise from the street. We’ve grown used to it over the years. Our days are filled with looking at shipping manifests and talking to customs agents. We don't have any corporate mission statements or fancy posters. We just focus on getting the paperwork right so the goods don't get held up. Sometimes it feels like we are just moving paper from one side of the desk to the other, but it’s what keeps the shipments moving. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to handle social media. If someone needs something, they just call us or stop by the apartment. It’s a very straightforward way of doing business. We have our regulars who trust us to get things done, and that’s enough for us. We just keep our heads down, manage the logistics, and try to make sure everything gets where it needs to go on time.
