John Galt Solutions Private Limited

Our office is at D-213 in the Kanakia Zillion building. It’s right next to the Kurla Bus Depot, so the sound of buses is something we’ve just gotten used to over the years. John Galt Solutions is a small group of us working on software and business solutions. We aren't one of those tech giants with bean bags and free snacks everywhere. It’s a pretty standard office with desks, computers, and a coffee machine that works most of the time. We spend a lot of our day looking at screens and trying to figure out why a piece of code isn't doing what it’s supposed to. It can be frustrating, but we like the challenge. Being near the depot makes it easy for the staff to get to work, even if the traffic in Kurla is usually a mess. We don't have a dress code or anything. Most of us just wear whatever is comfortable. We started this company because we wanted to work on our own terms. We don’t have big meetings that go on for hours. If something needs to be said, we just shout across the room or walk over. We’ve had some late nights here when a deadline is close, ordering food and just staying until the job is finished. It’s a quiet life in a loud part of the city. We’re just trying to build things that work for people. We aren't perfect, but we try hard.
