We are located in the Scn Thakur Complex in Kandivli East. The exact spot is B-31/204. Job Offers India is what we call ourselves. It is a busy complex with a lot of other small businesses and shops around us. Our office is basically a room filled with desks and a few extra chairs for visitors who stop by. We spend most of our time talking to people who are looking for work and companies that need new staff. It is a lot of back-and-forth on the phone all day long. Kandivli is a crowded part of Mumbai, so there is always something loud happening right outside the window. Sometimes the trains are delayed and that messes up our interview schedule, but we just deal with it as it comes. We don't have a big HR team or anything fancy like that. It is just a few of us working through the long lists of jobs and candidates. The walls are a bit plain, but we have all the equipment we need to do the job. We keep a lot of records on the computer, but there are still plenty of paper files sitting around the office. It is not a high-tech startup environment at all. It is more of a traditional office where people come to get things done and find employment. We usually have the window open to let some air in, even if it brings in some noise.
