J.Madhu Advertising & Marketing Private Limited is located right in the heart of the Fort area. We are on the third floor of Kusum Vijay House, which is at 174/180 Modi Street. Fort is one of those places that feels like old Mumbai, with all the narrow streets and the history in the walls. Our building, Kusum Vijay House, has that same character. It is a bit of a walk up to the third floor, but you get used to it after the first week. The office itself is number 6. It’s a busy street outside, always people moving around and deliveries being made. Inside, we have our desks set up to handle the advertising and marketing work that comes our way. It’s a bit cramped sometimes with all the folders and samples we keep, but it feels like a productive mess. We like the atmosphere of being near the courts and the docks. There is always something happening on Modi Street. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or modern furniture. We would rather have good computers and a reliable internet connection. It is an honest place to work. People who visit us often comment on how much the area has changed, but our little corner on the third floor stays pretty much the same. We like the consistency of it. It’s a good place to hunker down and get things finished without a lot of fuss. Sometimes we even stay late to watch the city lights. It's quite nice.
