Jm Cool Cab Services

We are based over in Goregaon East, not too far from the Indira Gandhi Institute. If you know that area, you know how the traffic can get during the rush hour when everyone is trying to get home. Jm Cool Cab Services started out because we saw a lot of people needing a way to get around without the daily hassle of the local trains. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a small place where we keep track of the cars and talk to the drivers before they head out. It gets pretty loud in here when everyone is checking in at the same time in the morning. We spend most of our time on the phone or looking at maps to see where the quickest routes are for the day. Being near the institute means we see a lot of students and staff passing by, which keeps the area feeling lively and young. We do not use those big flashy advertisements you see on billboards. Most of the people who use our cabs are just folks from the neighborhood or workers who need a lift to the station. We have got a few old desks and a water cooler that makes a funny noise sometimes, but it works for us. It is a straightforward business where we just try to get people from one point to another without too much fuss. Sometimes the heavy rain slows everything down, but we just keep at it. We are just local people trying to keep things moving.
