We are located on the second floor of Vatsa House, over on Janmabhoomi Marg in the Fort area. If you’ve ever walked around Fort, you know these old buildings have a lot of character and maybe a few squeaky floorboards too. Our space at 14-A is where all the actual work happens. It’s a pretty straightforward setup with some desks and people who have been doing this for years. Being in Fort means we’re surrounded by history and a lot of other businesses that have been here just as long as we have. The streets outside are usually packed with people heading to the banks or the courts, so there’s always this hum of energy coming through the windows. We spend our hours going through documents and making sure all the service details for our agencies are correct. It’s not the kind of place with a fancy coffee machine or glass walls, but it’s our home during the day. We take our work seriously but we’re also just regular people trying to do a good job. Sometimes the elevators in these old buildings can be a bit slow, so we end up taking the stairs more often than not. It keeps us moving. We like being in this part of the city because everything feels connected, even if it gets a bit crowded. We just keep our heads down and handle whatever comes across our desks without making a big fuss about things.
