We are located in Shop No. 6 of the Shrinivas Building. It’s on Jain Road in Mulund West. It’s a decent spot with a bit of foot traffic. Our shop isn't very large, so we have to stack our stock pretty high on the shelves to make everything fit. We spend a lot of time counting items and checking boxes. It’s a typical small business setup. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. It’s just a counter, some chairs, and the supplies we sell. Usually, it’s just one or two of us here. We know many of the people who live in the building or on this street. It’s a friendly enough area. Sometimes the road gets blocked up with parked cars, which makes it tricky for deliveries. We just deal with it. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. We just open the shutters in the morning and wait for customers to come in. Most of our day is spent talking to people and helping them find what they need. It’s straightforward work. We’ve been here for some time now and have settled into a routine. It’s nothing special, just a small shop trying to provide what the local area needs. We keep things simple and try to be helpful when we can. There is always something to reorganize or a customer to chat with throughout the long afternoon.
