We deal with a lot of the logistics and coordination that keeps the steel and power business going. Our desks are crowded with folders and we spend a lot of time on the phone. It is a very down-to-earth environment. We don't have fancy perks or a designer lobby. It’s just a place for work. Most of us take the local train to get here, so we know all about the hustle. We try to be as efficient as we can with what we have. We aren't here to impress anyone with big words. We just want to get the daily tasks out of the way so we can head home. It’s a gritty, hardworking office in a gritty, hardworking city. We just stay focused on our piles of work.
