We are located at number 45 on the 3rd Cross in Khetwadi. If you’ve ever been to this part of Mumbai, you know how tight the lanes are and how busy it gets. It’s a crowded area full of small shops and people moving metal around. We deal in steel, mostly. Our shop isn't big. It’s packed with different types of steel bits and pieces, and there’s usually a bit of grease on the floor. It’s the kind of place where we know our customers by name because they’ve been coming to this lane for years. We don't have an office with air conditioning or fancy chairs. Most of the time, we are standing or sitting on stools talking to people who need specific steel parts. The noise of the city is always right outside the door. We aren't interested in being a huge corporation. We just want to sell our steel and help out the folks who come in with their requirements. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic with the deliveries coming in and out of the narrow cross lanes, but that’s just how Khetwadi is. We've been here for a long time and we don't plan on changing much. It’s a simple, hardworking life in a busy part of the city. We don't do ads or have a big website. People just find us by walking down the lane and asking for the steel shop at 45.
