Jigna Steel (India)

Jigna Steel (India) is over on V.P. Road, right opposite the C. P. Tank Circle. We are in Prabhu Bhawan, specifically Office No. 15 on the second floor. It’s a good location because everyone knows where the circle is, so it’s easy for people to find us. The building is an older one, 76/78 V.P. Road, and it has that classic Mumbai feel to it. Our space is usually filled with the sound of the traffic outside and the general hum of the neighborhood. We focus on steel, and our office is mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of ledgers. We aren't big on technology here; we still like to write things down and keep physical copies of our orders. It’s a small team, and we all end up doing a bit of everything, whether it’s answering the phone or checking on a shipment. Sometimes we have to go down to the street to meet a driver or check on some goods being loaded nearby. It gets hot in the afternoons, but we have a few fans going to keep us comfortable while we work. We don't put on any acts or try to be something we aren't. We are just a steel business trying to do right by our clients and keep the wheels turning. It’s regular, everyday stuff for us, and we like it that way. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
