Jewelex India Pvt Ltd is where we spend our days working with all sorts of jewelry and gemstones. Even though we do a lot of our communication through the Jiten_Gem email account, the actual physical work happens right here in the office. It is a bit of a specialized world, looking at tiny details under a loupe and making sure every piece is handled with care. We aren't the kind of place that has big flashy billboards or fancy slogans. It’s more about the quiet work of sorting, checking, and making sure the inventory is right. The office is usually filled with the sound of clicking keyboards and the occasional debate over the quality of a specific stone. We have been in this industry for a long time, and we’ve seen how things have changed, but the basics of the jewelry trade stay pretty much the same. You need a good eye and a lot of patience. Sometimes we stay late when a big order needs to go out, and the tea gets cold on the desk while we are busy. It’s not always glamorous like people think jewelry might be. There is a lot of counting and checking boxes involved. We just take it one day at a time, making sure we stay on top of the emails and the physical stock that passes through our hands in an honest way.
