Jeevan Khushi Corporate Finance & Insurance

We are located over in Prabhadevi, specifically at Mamata-D on the 2nd A Cross in Gouravanagar. It’s in Phase VII, right across from the Chaitanya Towers. It can be a little tricky to find if you aren't familiar with the 6th Main layout, but once you see the towers, you’re basically there. At Jeevan Khushi Corporate Finance & Insurance, we spend a lot of our time looking at spreadsheets and talking on the phone. It’s not a very exciting job to watch, but it keeps us busy. We deal with all the usual stuff like insurance papers and helping people figure out their money things. The office isn’t huge, just a few desks and a lot of filing cabinets that probably need better organizing. We get a lot of local people coming in from the nearby apartments. Sometimes they just want to ask a quick question about a policy or a loan. It’s a quiet area mostly, away from the main road noise. We keep some tea and water for anyone who stops by. The sun hits the front window pretty hard in the afternoons, so we usually keep the blinds down halfway. It feels like a regular neighborhood office because that’s exactly what it is. We’ve been here at number 22 for a few years now and have gotten to know the rhythms of the street and the people living around here. It is a steady way to spend the day.
