Jbs Pure Veg Snacks Juice Center

Jbs Pure Veg Snacks Juice Center is located in Goregaon West on Mahul Road, Plot No 168, Shop No 3. It’s right on the corner of the road there. We have a bunch of fruit stacked up in crates near the entrance, so you can usually smell the oranges and pineapples when you walk close. Inside, it’s a bit cramped because we have the juicers, the snack stove, and all the supplies in one small room. We do mostly vegetarian snacks and fresh juices. The juicers make a lot of noise, so we have to shout a bit to hear the orders. We have a few plastic stools outside on the sidewalk for people to sit on if it’s not too crowded. The sink is always full of glasses that need washing, and there’s usually a pile of fruit peels in the bin. It’s a busy spot, especially in the mornings when people want something before they head to the station. We don't have a big menu, just the basic stuff we know how to make well. The floor gets wet from the ice melting, so we have to be careful not to slip. We just run the shop with a couple of guys, making sure the fruit is used and the snacks are hot. It’s a lot of standing and moving around in a small space, but we keep it going.
