Jay Shree Dies & Components

Jay Shree Dies & Components is located at 22/B in the Revabhai Estate, which is in the Ctm area. It’s an old industrial estate with a lot of character and a lot of noise. We make dies and small metal parts. It requires a lot of sitting at a workbench with small files and measuring tools. The shop is full of old metal-working machines that have been with us for years. They still work fine, so we don't see a reason to change them. The walls are covered in calendars and old photos from when we first started. It’s a bit cramped because we have a lot of materials and finished parts waiting to be picked up. We don’t have a polished front office or a sign that lights up at night. Most people just know us as the guys in 22/B. We take a break in the middle of the day for some food and then get right back to it. Ctm can be quite loud and the dust from the road often blows into the shop. We just sweep it out and keep going. We don’t have a big mission or any corporate goals. We just want to make the components as accurately as we can so the customer doesn't have any problems. It’s a slow, careful kind of work that keeps us busy from morning until evening.
