You can find us at 69 in the first Gali of Kirtikar Market. If you know Dadar West, you know how crowded it gets around Dr. D Silva Road. We’ve been tucked away in this spot for years. It’s a tight space, filled with stacks of steel and metal parts. Most of the day is spent moving heavy stuff around or talking to customers who squeeze in through the door. The market is always noisy, with people shouting and carts rattling by. We don't have much room for a desk, so we usually just stand around the counter. It’s a bit messy with all the metal scraps and tools lying about, but we know where everything is. People come to us when they need something specific in steel. We don’t do any fancy advertising. Word of mouth usually brings people to our little shop in the lane. It’s hot in the summer because the air doesn’t move much in these narrow alleys. We drink a lot of chai to keep going. It’s a traditional way of doing business, face to face. We aren’t trying to grow into some huge company; we just like our spot in the market. Dadar has changed a lot, but this Gali feels the same as it did ten years ago. It’s a hard-working place with no frills. We just open up and get to it.
