We’ve been operating Jain M Co Chartered Accountant out of Varvathane for a while now. It’s a quiet spot near Nagothane in the Roha area of Raigad. Most days are spent looking at numbers and tax forms. It’s just what we do here. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get the paperwork sorted for people in the district. Sometimes the pile of folders gets a bit high, but we manage to get through them eventually. People from around Roha come by when they have questions about their accounts or some government filing they don't want to deal with themselves. Being out here in Raigad means we know the local pace. It’s not like the big city firms where everything is rushed and impersonal. We sit down, have a look at what needs doing, and get to it. The drive out to Nagothane is pretty familiar to everyone around here. We just try to keep things straightforward and honest with the work. Taxes and accounting can be a real headache for most folks, so having a spot nearby helps. We don't have a big team or a glass building, just a desk and some calculators. It’s practical work. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the local area over the years, but the way we handle the books stays pretty much the same. Just steady work, day in and day out, helping neighbors keep their finances in order without too much fuss.
