Jai Bhagwan Taxi Services

We are located at 102 Parel Gera Renaissance, over in Sahnirujan Park. The building is Dattakrupa, and we’re right near Omkar Residency. Jai Bhagwan Taxi Services is basically a small team of us managing cars and drivers. Parel is a busy spot, so there’s always someone needing a ride to the airport or just across town for work. We’ve got a few different cars we use. It’s not a fancy setup with a big call center. It’s usually just someone holding a phone and making sure the drivers know where they’re going. Sometimes the traffic in Mumbai makes everything late, and we have to call people and explain. It’s frustrating for everyone, but that’s life here. We’ve been operating from this building for a while now. The neighborhood knows us. We don't do much advertising; people just call because they’ve used us before. We handle local trips and sometimes longer ones if someone wants to go out of the city for a couple of days. Maintenance on the cars takes up a lot of our time because the roads are so rough. We just try to keep the vehicles clean and running properly. It’s a lot of long hours, especially during the festival seasons when everyone is traveling at once. We just take it one booking at a time and try to stay organized with our schedule.
