Jai Ambe Cold Drinks

Jai Ambe Cold Drinks is at No.1, Sane Guruji Nagar in Mulund East. We are located right near the Andhra Bank, which is a big help when people are trying to find us for the first time. The shop is not very large, but we manage to fit quite a bit inside. We have several glass-fronted refrigerators that stay humming all day. We sell a variety of sodas and chilled water. In the evenings, people like to stand around outside the shop and talk while they drink something cold. We have been here for years and have seen the neighborhood change a lot. The bank brings in a lot of foot traffic, which is good for us. We spend a lot of our time restocking the fridges because things sell out fast when the weather is hot. We also have to keep an eye on the electricity because the cooling is the most important part of what we do. There is a small wooden counter where I sit and handle the cash. We keep a few crates stacked near the door for easy access. It is a simple life running a cold drink shop. We know most of our customers by name because they live just a few blocks away. We don't do any advertising; people just know we are here at the corner. The rainy season is slow, but the summer makes up for it entirely.
