J S W Steel

We are based out of Victoria House on Delisle Road. If you are familiar with the 6th Main and 5th Cross intersection, you’ll find us right there. It’s a busy area and finding parking can be a real headache some mornings. We have been in this building for a while now. It’s got a bit of history to it. J S W Steel is just one of the names you'll see around here. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and people working on computers. We don't have those big open lounges you see in magazines. It’s a functional space where we handle our business. The walk from the main road is short but usually crowded. Sometimes the elevators in Victoria House take forever, so we just take the stairs if we’re in a rush. The air conditioning is hit or miss depending on which room you are in. We try to keep things moving smoothly even when things get busy. There are plenty of places to grab a quick lunch nearby, which is nice. Most of us have been here long enough to know the shortcut routes to avoid the worst traffic. We aren't trying to be anything flashy. We just show up, do what needs doing, and head home. It’s a solid location for what we do. The 6th Main area is always buzzing with activity. You get used to the noise after a few weeks. We have some plants in the corner that we forget to water sometimes, but it makes the place feel a bit more like home.
