We've been at the National Storage Building for quite some time now. It's on Senapati Bapat Marg in Mahim. If you know the area, we're right near the Johnson & Johnson office. Most people find us by looking for Plot No 424 B. It’s an older building, but it works for us. We handle a lot of work here, mostly stuff that involves a lot of reading and checking details. It gets busy during the day, especially with all the traffic on the main road. J B Patel & Associates has always been about getting things done without too much fuss. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. Just a regular office where we sit down and work through whatever is on the desk. Sometimes the elevator in the building is a bit slow, so we tell people to give themselves an extra minute. We see a lot of the same faces coming back. It's just a small team here. We keep our files organized and try to stay on top of things. Being in Mahim is convenient because it's central, though parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes if you arrive late in the morning. We usually grab lunch from one of the local spots nearby. It's a straightforward setup. We don't spend much on decor, we just focus on the tasks. If you're coming from the station, it’s a short ride. We're usually here from early morning until the work is finished for the day.
