We are over in Andheri East, right near the Satya Saibaba Temple at B 6. It’s a busy spot, and there is always something going on outside our door. We spend most of our time on the phones or looking at schedules, trying to figure out the best way for people to get where they need to go. It isn’t always easy with how much travel changes these days, but we do our part to keep things moving. Our office is small, filled with maps and a few old chairs for anyone who drops in to ask a question. We don’t really do big advertisements; mostly people hear about us from their neighbors or friends who have used us before. We handle a lot of different requests, some simple and some a bit more tricky. It can get stressful when flights are delayed or plans change last minute, but we just handle it one step at a time. The temple nearby is a good landmark for people who haven't visited us before. We’ve been here long enough that we know the rhythms of the street. It’s a local operation, nothing too big or flashy. We just focus on getting the bookings right and making sure everyone has their papers in order before they head out. It’s a lot of coordination, and we just try to stay on top of the details. Sometimes the internet is slow, but we make it work.
