Our office is in the C Wing of Trade Star, which is right on the 6th floor. It is located on Andheri Kurla Road, which anyone who knows Mumbai will tell you is one of the busiest roads around. We are right opposite Lotus Suites in JB Nagar, so we get a lot of noise from the traffic and the metro construction or whatever else is going on outside at the time. The building is quite large, and there is always a lot of coming and going in the lobby. We spend our days here dealing with the trade business, which means lots of emails and phone calls. It is a standard office setup with the usual desks and computers, nothing that would surprise anyone. Sometimes the air conditioning is a bit too cold, so we have to keep our sweaters handy. JB Nagar is a good place to be because of the food options, though we usually just grab something quick. The work can be repetitive, but it is steady. We handle our tasks as they come and try to stay on top of the logistics side of things. It is a professional environment but without the fancy corporate talk. We are just a group of people working in a busy part of the city, trying to keep things organized. The view from the sixth floor isn't much, just more buildings and cars, but it's home for us during the day.
