Ispat Industries Ltd

Ispat Industries Ltd is based out of Jn1/A6/10 in the Ekata Housing Society. We are located in Vashi, Mumbai. It’s a residential society, so our office has a very local, neighborhood feel to it. You won't find any marble lobbies here, just the usual sounds of a housing colony. We have been working from this unit for a while now. Vashi is a big place with lots of sectors, but being in Ekata Housing Society keeps us grounded. We do all our business for Ispat Industries Ltd right from these rooms. It’s a simple arrangement that works for us. We don't feel the need for a big glass building in South Mumbai. Most of our day is spent on the phone or working through spreadsheets and documents. The neighbors are used to us being here by now. Sometimes it’s a bit cramped with all the files, but we manage just fine. Mumbai is a fast city, but in our corner of Vashi, things feel a bit more manageable. We don't have a mission statement or a fancy board of directors. We are just a group of people making sure the company's tasks are completed on time. It is a practical way to run a business. We show up every morning, do the work, and then head home like everyone else in the society. It is just a normal job for us in a normal place.
