Ispat Industries Ltd

Ispat Industries Ltd has a presence here at Khanda Colony, specifically in the Neel Splendour building. We are up in flat B-504. New Panvel West is a growing area, and being in Sector-6 puts us right in the middle of a lot of activity. It is a residential-cum-commercial feel here, which we like. The office isn't massive, but it serves as our base for managing various industrial projects. We spend our days tracking orders and talking to suppliers. It is a lot of back-and-forth communication, making sure everything is where it should be. Sometimes the internet acts up or the elevator is slow, but that is just part of working in a building like this. We have been at this plot, number 17, for a while. Our staff lives nearby, so we have a good feel for the local community. We do not go in for fancy decor or big signs. We just have our name on the door and our work on the desks. It is a practical way to run things. Most people who visit us are regular partners or people we have known for years. We keep a pot of tea going and try to stay on top of the paperwork. Life in Panvel can be fast-paced, but inside B-504, we try to keep things orderly and calm so we can focus on the tasks at hand.
