Our shop is right in the middle of Patel Market at 21-1-820. If you have ever been to Patel Market you know it is a crowded and lively place. Ispat Industries Ltd has its spot here among all the other vendors and traders. It is a noisy area with people shouting and carts moving through the narrow lanes. We deal with steel and it is a lot of heavy lifting in a tight space. We don't have a big fancy showroom. It is mostly just us and the stock we have on hand. The walls are lined with whatever we are moving that week. It gets dusty and the fans just move the warm air around. We talk to a lot of people every day who are looking for bits and pieces for their own projects. It is a very local way of doing business. You get to know the neighbors and the guys at the tea stall nearby. We have been at this address for a while and we know the rhythms of the market. When the morning rush starts we are ready. By evening everyone is tired but the work is done. It is a simple life of buying and selling metal. We don't need any fancy marketing to tell people we are here. The sign out front is enough. People know us by our location in the market. We just keep the doors open and see who comes by.
