We have been operating out of this small spot in Bhagvan Raja Nagar for quite some time now. It is tucked away on Patel Estate Road, which is always busy with people and vehicles moving toward S. V. Road. If you know Jogeshwari West, you know how it gets during the rush hours. Our space is at 5/9, and it isn't anything fancy, just a functional place where we get our work done every day. There are a few of us here, and we usually start our mornings by checking the lists and seeing what needs to be handled first. The neighborhood is full of small businesses and workshops, so there is always some noise of metal or machines in the background. Sometimes the electricity acts up, or the internet slows down when it rains heavily, but we manage to keep things moving. We don't have a big reception area or shiny glass doors. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and old files stacked in the corners. People from the nearby buildings often drop by just to say hello or ask for something. We like being part of this local patch of Mumbai. It’s crowded and loud, but it feels right for us. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity; we just want to do our job and go home at the end of the shift. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad except when the monsoon hits hard.
