Our office is tucked away in Colaba, which is one of the older parts of Mumbai. We are in the Pipewala Building on 4th Lane in Pasta. It is a bit of a unique setup because we are on the Mezzanine floor in Office-13 of the A Block. Colaba has a very specific feel to it, with all the old buildings and narrow lanes. The Pipewala Building is no exception; it has that classic Mumbai character. We are Iraya Consultants Private Limited. Our office isn't huge, but the mezzanine level gives it a bit of a different layout than a standard floor. It is a bit cozy, but we have everything we need. The street outside is always full of life, with tourists and locals walking by. Sometimes the noise from the lane comes inside, but it is just part of being in this area. We have been operating from here for a while now. Getting to the office involves navigating the busy streets of Colaba, but we don't mind it. Inside, it's just desks and chairs and us doing our daily work. We don't have any big corporate signs or fancy reception areas. It's a very grounded, practical space. Most of our day is spent at our desks or talking in the small meeting area. It is a good spot for us, right in the heart of the old city where everything feels close by and historic.
