Investsavvy Portfolio Management Llp is on the 12th floor of Sunshine Towers in Office No. 10. We are on Senapati Bapat Marg in Dadar West, which is a very well-known and busy street. Being so high up, we get a bit of a break from the noise of the traffic below, although the city never really goes quiet. The office is a very straightforward place. We have our desks and computers set up for managing portfolios, which involves a lot of reading and tracking numbers. It’s not a large corporate floor, just our small unit where we handle the daily business. Dadar is easy to get to, so it’s a good location for us to work from. The building has many other offices, and the elevators are often crowded in the morning. Inside our office, we don't have any expensive decorations or fancy lobbies. It’s just a place where we come to sit down and do our work. Some days are more intense than others when the markets are active, but we just stay at our stations and focus. We don't use any corporate jargon or have big mission statements. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and head home at the end of the day. It’s a practical office for the kind of work we do, and we like being in this part of Mumbai. We usually catch the train home like everyone else after we finish our filing.
