We operate out of 104-B in the Sealord Apartment, which is located in Cuffe Parade. It’s right across from the Taj President Hotel, so it’s a very recognizable part of the city. Being in an apartment building makes the workspace feel a bit more personal and less like a cold corporate office. We have our desks set up and plenty of space for all the files and documents we have to manage. Our days are spent looking at market trends, talking to people about their finances, and making sure all the numbers add up correctly. It’s serious work, but we try to keep the atmosphere inside the office calm and down-to-earth. We don’t use a lot of fancy jargon when we talk to folks; we just explain things as they are. The view of the hotel and the street below is nice, though we’re usually too busy with our screens to look out the window for long. Since we are in a residential building, it stays relatively quiet compared to a main road office, which helps us focus on the details. We’ve been here long enough that we know the building staff and the rhythms of the neighborhood. It’s a professional setup, but we are just regular people who happen to be good with money and planning. We show up, do the research, and help our clients navigate their choices without any of the usual pressure you find in big firms. It's a nice way to work, being right here in the heart of Cuffe Parade where we can actually get to know the people we are helping every single day.
