We've been operating out of Kanjurmarg West for a while now, right near Hockey Stadium Road. Most people know the area around Attawa 102. Dealing with certifications is what we do day in and day out. It's not the most exciting work for everyone, but someone has to handle the paperwork and making sure things meet the right standards. We have a small office here. It gets busy sometimes, especially when there are deadlines for audits or renewals. The street outside can get a bit noisy with traffic, but we just keep our heads down and get through the files. We started International Standards Certification Pvt Ltd because there was a need for it in the local business community. We aren't a giant global chain with fancy lobbies. It’s just us in a regular room with desks and computers. People stop by when they need help with their ISO or other documents. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks, or we run out of paper, but that's just how it is in a real office. We try to be clear about what’s needed so there aren't any surprises later on. There’s a lot of reading involved in this job. Every day we see different types of companies coming through our doors. It keeps things interesting enough.
