We run our business from number 13 in Chembur West, right on R N Road. It’s a convenient spot because we are right opposite Swastik Chambers, so people can usually find us without getting lost. We wear two hats here, dealing with insurance stuff and also helping people plan their trips. It might seem like a weird mix, but it keeps the day interesting for us. One minute we are talking about car policies or life insurance papers, and the next we are looking at train schedules or hotel bookings for a family going on holiday. The office isn't very big, and we have maps on the walls along with some calendars from different insurance companies. There is always a lot of paperwork to file, and the phone rings quite a bit with people asking about their premiums or checking if their tickets are ready. Chembur is a busy area, so there is always a lot of foot traffic outside our door. We try to keep things organized, but on busy Mondays, the desk can get buried under folders and travel brochures. It’s a family-run kind of feel here, nothing corporate about it. We just sit at our desks, drink our tea, and talk to whoever walks in. Whether someone needs a travel itinerary or a policy renewal, we just take it as it comes. It’s a local operation, and we like being part of the R N Road community. It keeps us quite busy.
