Inspira Martifer Solar

Our office is tucked away in the Satyam building on Linking Road in Khar West. If you know Mumbai, you know how busy this area gets. We are at number 318, and it’s always a bit of a scramble to find parking around here. We’ve been working out of this spot for quite some time now, focusing on solar projects. It’s not a massive corporate office with fancy furniture; it’s mostly just desks piled with diagrams and folders. We spend a lot of our time looking at sunlight maps and technical specs for solar panels. The traffic noise from Linking Road is pretty much a constant background sound for us. Sometimes it gets a bit loud, but you get used to it after a few months. We aren't doing any big marketing pushes; we just handle the engineering and the installations for people who want to switch to solar. We have a small group of guys who go out to the sites while a few of us stay here to manage the logistics. It’s practical work. We drink a lot of tea from the stall downstairs and try to keep things moving. The weather in Mumbai can be a bit much, especially during the monsoon, which makes solar work a bit tricky for those few months. We just do what we can and try to stay organized in this small space. It's an honest living and we've grown to like this neighborhood despite the crowds.
