At Inox Steel India, we operate out of Shop No. 14 at 86/88 Nanubhai Desai Road. We’re right across from the 1st Parsiwada Lane, which makes us pretty easy to find if you’re in the area. It’s a busy street, so there’s always a lot of foot traffic and bikes zooming past. Our shop is mostly filled with stainless steel products of all shapes and sizes. It can get a bit cramped when a lot of people come in at once, but we manage to sort everyone out. We don’t have a big corporate office; it’s just the shop floor and a small desk where we do the accounts. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy to worry about that. We spend our time talking to customers and trying to figure out what kind of steel will work for whatever they’re building. It’s practical stuff. Sometimes we have to move heavy loads manually, so it keeps us on our toes. The heat in the afternoon can be quite something, especially with the metal reflecting the light, but that’s just part of the job. We’ve been here long enough to know most of the regulars. It’s a good community, and we like the fast pace of the market. There’s no big mystery to how we work. We just show up, open the shop, and help the people who walk through the door as best as we can.
