Infinity Distillery And Brewery Limited

We've been up here on the 11th floor of Remi Commercio for a while now. It’s right there in the Shah Industrial Estate on Link Road in Andheri West. Being a distillery and brewery means we spend most of our days dealing with tanks and bottles. It’s not always glamorous work. Sometimes the lift takes forever to get all the way up to the 11th floor, but the view of the traffic on Link Road is something else. We keep busy with all the brewing stuff. People always ask how we ended up with the name Infinity, but honestly, it just sounded okay when we started. The office is usually a bit messy with papers and samples. Andheri is a busy place to work, so there's always a hum of noise from the street below even this high up. We just focus on getting the batches right. It's a lot of cleaning and checking temperatures. Most days it’s just us and the machines. We’ve stayed in this spot because it's central, even if the parking in the estate is a nightmare. Working in the spirits business isn't like the movies, it's mostly hard work and sticking to a schedule. We've got our setup here and we just keep it moving one day at a time. It gets hot in the afternoons when the sun hits the windows, but we manage. Just a bunch of us making sure everything runs like it's supposed to. We take the stairs sometimes when we are in a hurry, which is a lot of floors.
