Indian Industrial Traders has been operating from 163, Narayan Dhru Street for a long time. This is in the heart of the old trading district in Mumbai. If you know this area, you know how narrow the streets are and how many people are constantly moving goods around on carts. It’s a very traditional market feel. We don't have a modern office with glass walls or anything. Our place is more of a traditional shop and office setup that fits the neighborhood. There’s a lot of history on Narayan Dhru Street, and we’re just one of the many businesses that have been here for years. It’s often very loud and crowded outside, but that’s just how Mumbai trading works in this part of town. We don't really do fancy advertising. People usually find us because they know the area or they’ve been told where we are by others in the trade. Our space is filled with old files and the usual stuff you’d expect in a place like this. It’s not always perfectly tidy, but we know where everything is. We just focus on getting orders filled and talking to the people who come by. It’s a very hands-on kind of business. We’ve seen the street change over the decades as things have modernized, but the way we do things stays mostly the same. We just show up and keep the business running as honestly as we can.
