Our office for Indian Cool Cab & Travels is in Vile Parle East. We are located in Vaibhav Nagar Society, near Palanpur Patia. It’s a nice enough area, mostly houses and small shops. We’ve been operating from here for a good number of years. We do local taxi services and also some longer trips if people want to go out of town. The office isn't much to look at, just a desk and some chairs and a map on the wall. We spend a lot of time talking to customers on the phone. Vile Parle is a great location because it's central and close to the airport. We get a lot of travelers who need a ride early in the morning. Our drivers live nearby, so they can usually get to the office quickly. We don’t do any big advertising. Usually, people see our cars around or someone tells them about us. It's a small family-run thing. We try to keep the cars clean and the service regular. Sometimes things get busy during the wedding season and we run out of cars. We just tell people honestly if we can’t make it. It’s better that way. Vaibhav Nagar is a quiet spot compared to the rest of Vile Parle. We like it because it’s easy for the drivers to park. We have a few regular clients who have been calling us since we first opened our doors here. It is just a simple business for us.
