In the middle of the CGS Colony in Antophill, you’ll find us at Building 46/1791 in Sector 7. This is where we run the Mumbai branch of Indiabulls Securities Ltd. If you know the Sion area, you know it’s always buzzing with activity. Our office is right in the heart of the colony, which makes it feel very much like a neighborhood business. It’s a standard Mumbai building, maybe a bit weathered by the rain, but it’s sturdy and serves us well. We have a small crew here, and the atmosphere is usually pretty casual. We don’t worry about fancy uniforms or corporate talk. We just focus on the stacks of documents and the screens in front of us. The space is filled with the sounds of the colony—kids playing outside and people going about their business. It’s a bit of a maze to find the specific building if you’re new to the area, but we’ve been here long enough that we can guide people in. We like being in Antophill because it’s a real part of Mumbai, not some sterile business park. Our desks are usually covered in notes and tea cups, which is how you know we’re actually getting work done. We don’t have any grand claims to make, just that we show up every day and do our jobs the best we can in the space we have.
