Our setup is a bit different because we mostly handle things through our digital channels, like that email address you might have seen. Even though we aren't always sitting in a big front-facing shop on the main street, we’re still right here working through the data. We’ve been doing this for a while and have seen how things have moved from paper to being all online. It’s faster this way, but it also means we get a lot of messages coming in at all hours. We try to get back to everyone as soon as we can, though sometimes the pile of work gets a bit high. It’s just a handful of us making sure the info stays accurate and useful for whoever needs it. We don't really have a lobby with a receptionist or anything like that. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay on top of the market moves. It’s a steady job that requires a lot of focus, and we’ve gotten pretty good at managing the flow of information over the years without making a big fuss about it. We’ve stayed pretty consistent in how we do things.
