Imperial Imp & Exp

Imperial Imp & Exp is located right in the middle of everything on Lamington Road. We are in Navjeevan Society, specifically Office No 19 on the 13th floor. If you’ve ever been to this part of town near Hughes Road, you know how packed the streets are with people buying electronics and spare parts. It’s a bit of a maze getting up to the 13th floor sometimes, but we like being in this part of Mumbai. Our day usually starts with a cup of tea and a long list of things to check for our imports and exports. The office isn't very large, so we have to be organized with our filing, or things get messy fast. We deal with a lot of different vendors and it keeps the day interesting. Lamington Road has its own energy, and you can hear the horns honking all day long even from this high up. We just focus on the task at hand, whether it’s clearing a shipment or sorting out some customs details. It’s a lot of back and forth on the phone. We don't do anything flashy here, just the basic work of moving goods. Sometimes the lift in the society takes forever, so we’ve learned to be patient. It’s a decent place to work, and we’ve been here long enough that the chaos outside feels normal to us now.
