This particular branch of Icici Bank Ltd is situated on the 5th Floor of the Transworld Center in MIDC, Andheri East. Mumbai is a fast place, and Andheri is right at the heart of that speed. Working in the Transworld Center means dealing with the typical MIDC atmosphere—lots of offices, lots of people, and the constant sound of the city. We aren’t some distant corporate entity when you walk into this floor; we’re just a bunch of people trying to keep things running smoothly. The office is standard for a bank, with plenty of desks and partitions, but it has its own character because of the people who work here. We deal with the Mumbai rains and the train delays just like everyone else. The fifth floor isn't too high up, but it gets us away from the street-level noise a bit. People come and go all day, and there’s always a sense of urgency. It’s a practical workspace in a very busy industrial area. We don't have time for a lot of fluff or long speeches. The focus is always on the tasks at hand, whether it’s paperwork or meetings. It’s a gritty, hardworking part of town, and we fit right in. Between the commute and the workload, it’s a full day every day. We’ve been at this Andheri East location for some time now, and it’s become our second home. It is just a regular office where we do our jobs.
