This Icici Bank Home Finance branch is located on the ground floor, G/7, of the Sai Ganesh Co-Op. Housing Society. We are right in Sai Baba Nagar on Navghar Road in Bhayander East. It’s a busy little corner of the world. Since we are on the ground floor, we see a lot of people walking by or coming in to ask about home loans. It’s a very local feel here. We handle the paperwork for people trying to buy houses, which means we spend a lot of time with folders and signatures. The office isn't huge, but it serves its purpose. Bhayander is a place where everyone is always on the move, especially with the trains nearby. We get our fair share of noise from Navghar Road, but you stop noticing it after a while. We aren't a big headquarters; we are just a local branch where people can come in and talk. It’s a straightforward operation. We have our desks, our computers, and our files. We spend the day helping people navigate the finance side of things. It’s practical work and it keeps us grounded. We’ve been in Sai Baba Nagar for a while now and we know the neighborhood pretty well by now. There’s no polish here, just some desks and people trying to figure out their housing costs. We work through the stack of applications and try to stay on top of the phone calls that never seem to end.
