Icey Cool Water

Icey Cool Water is based out of the Kanta Co Operative Housing Society in Chembur East. Being in a residential society means we are right in the middle of where people live, which makes sense for what we do. Chembur is a crowded place and the lanes can get tight, especially when we are trying to move things around. The society building has been around for some time. It is not a shiny new office tower or anything like that. We spend most of our time dealing with the daily logistics of water. It is a simple operation. There are a lot of families nearby, and we see the kids playing in the compound when we are heading out. The humidity in this part of Mumbai is something else, so staying around water all day is probably better than being stuck in a stuffy office elsewhere. We don't have a lot of space, just what we need to keep the business running smoothly. The neighbors are mostly used to us by now. We don't go in for big meetings or fancy setups. It is just about getting the job done and making sure everything is where it needs to be. Sometimes the traffic in Chembur East makes things take longer than they should, but we just deal with it. It’s a local operation and we like being part of the community here in Kanta society. It feels like home after all these years.
