We’re located in Sakinaka at Icf House. It’s part of the Shiv Mangal Co-Op Society in Veer Savarkar Nagar, specifically on Sant Shitole Baba Marg. This is where I. C. F. Shipping Pvt. Ltd. operates from. Sakinaka is always busy, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. The office itself is pretty basic. We’ve got our computers and stacks of documents for the various ships we deal with. It’s not the quietest neighborhood, but we’ve gotten used to the noise over the years. We handle the shipping side of things, which means a lot of coordination between different parties. It can be a bit of a headache sometimes when things get delayed, but that is just how the shipping business goes. We aren't some big corporate machine; we’re just a group of people working together in this building. We don't have any polished speeches about what we do. We just make sure the paperwork is correct and the ships stay on schedule as much as possible. Most days involve a lot of shouting across the office and drinking a lot of tea. We’ve been here at Shiv Mangal for quite a while now. It feels like home to us in a way. We just do our jobs and try to stay on top of everything that comes our way each day. It's a living and we do it as best we can.
