Human Capital Solution

Our office is tucked away in Farheen Co-Op. Hsg. Soc. Ltd, specifically at A/2 on P. J Nehru Road in Vakola. If you know Santacruz East, you know it can get pretty crowded around here. We deal with people and jobs all day long. It's mostly answering phones, checking resumes, and trying to match folks with the right roles. Mumbai is a fast place, and Vakola is no different. The street outside is always noisy with rickshaws and people rushing to the station. Inside, we just try to keep things organized. It is a small setup, nothing like those big glass buildings you see in BKC. We like it this way because it feels more personal and less like a machine. Sometimes the pile of paperwork gets a bit high, but we get through it eventually. We’ve been at this address for a bit now, and the neighbors in the society are used to seeing people coming in and out for interviews. We don’t really do the whole corporate talk thing here. We just talk to people, see what they need, and try to help them find work that fits. It’s simple, honest work. Coffee is usually brewing in the corner, and someone is always on a call with a client or a candidate. That is basically what happens here at Human Capital Solution every single day from Monday to Saturday. We just keep at it and try to help people out.
