We are an HR consultancy firm based out of Kandivali in Mumbai. Kandivali is a massive suburb and we’ve been working from here for quite some time now. Our day usually involves a lot of talking to different kinds of people. We talk to folks looking for new jobs, we talk to companies that need more staff, and we talk to each other about how to make it all fit together. It’s a busy life, especially with the pace of things in Mumbai. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place with phones, laptops, and plenty of pens that always seem to go missing when you need them. We don't use any of that fancy corporate lingo or try to sound more important than we are. We just try to be honest with candidates and tell them what the actual situation is. Sometimes we have to tell people bad news, and other times we get to tell them they got the job, which is definitely the best part of the day for us. The traffic in Kandivali can be pretty rough, so we appreciate it when people make the effort to come see us in person. We’re just a small team trying to navigate the messy world of hiring. No big mission statements here, just a lot of resumes, phone calls, and interviews. We keep it simple and just try to do right by the people who walk through our door and the various companies we help out with their staffing needs.
