We are over at 15 A Hill Road in Bandra West. If you know Hill Road, you know it’s one of the busiest spots you can find. Our outlet is right in the middle of all that energy. We deal with various items that people need on the go. The shop isn't huge, but we make the most of the space we have. Most days are a blur of customers coming in and out, especially on weekends when the foot traffic is heavy. We don't have a corporate office or a big management team. It’s just us on the floor, handling the stock and talking to whoever walks through the door. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with everyone asking questions at once, but we just take it one person at a time. Hill Road has its own rhythm, and we’ve become a part of it over the years. We don't use flashy displays to try and trick anyone. The products are there on the shelves for everyone to see. We just try to keep things stocked up so we don’t run out of the popular stuff. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. No complicated missions, just a shop on a busy street trying to provide what people are looking for. We stay open late because that’s when Hill Road really wakes up. It’s hard work, but we’re used to it. We keep our heads down and keep going.
