You can find us over on Old Nagardas Road at Vidya Villa. It’s a bit of an older part of the area, but it’s where we’ve always been. Hindustan Motor Mfg.Co has been around for a long time. We make motors, which sounds simple but there’s a lot that goes into it. The workshop at 32/A is always full of wires, copper coils, and metal casings. It’s a bit of a maze inside sometimes. We aren't one of those big modern factories with robots. Most of our work is done by hand or with older, reliable machines that we know how to fix ourselves. The guys here have very steady hands when it comes to winding the motors. Old Nagardas Road is always crowded, so getting stuff in and out takes some patience. We’ve grown used to the noise of the traffic outside mixing with the hum of our own testing benches. We don't go for big sales pitches. If someone needs a motor repaired or a new one built, they just come by Vidya Villa and ask. We show them what we’re working on and give them a fair price. It’s a very straightforward way of doing business. We have customers who have been coming to us for decades because they know we don't mess around. It’s just us, the tools, and the motors. That’s how we like to keep it.
