Hindustan Door Oliver Ltd

We’re over in Mulund East, specifically at Mithagar Road. Our office is in the Sreedhar Apartments, unit A-21. It’s a residential building, so it feels more like a home than a corporate office. We’ve been operating Hindustan Door Oliver Ltd from here for a bit. Salviwadi is a decent area and people around here are friendly. The office is small and usually smells like tea. We have some old filing cabinets and a few desks pushed together. It’s a bit of a squeeze when we have visitors, but we make it work. We aren't a big company with hundreds of employees. We’re a small team doing our thing. Mulund is a good spot because it’s a bit quieter than South Mumbai, but still busy enough to feel the energy of the city. We don't spend money on big ads or marketing. People usually just find us through the address or because someone told them about us. It’s a very simple setup. We come in, do our work, and head home. There’s no mission statement on the wall or any of that. We just try to be practical and get the job done. Sometimes the elevator in the apartment is slow, so we just take the stairs. It’s just regular life here in Mumbai. We don't have a front desk, so people just walk right in to where we are working.
